An Important Part of Utica's History

The Egbert Bagg Elementary School has history rooted in one of Utica, NY's founders. Egbert Bagg was a civil engineer and land surveyor whose family helped establish the city of Utica from its beginning. The family name remains a part of Utica to this very day.
For decades, the Egbert Bagg School helped to educate generations of Utica children. This building stood as an essential part of Utica's development and helped families across
the community.
Now vacant, Flavored Layers Art has a chance to rebuild and reignite that same commitment of community and development. The acquisition of the Egbert Bagg Elementary School will be an important step in Flavored Layers Art's commitment towards community and art.
